How it works

Create appointments as you normally would. Pick a date on the calendar and enter the time. The system takes it from there.
SMS reminders go out automatically, 24 hours before the appointment, or both 24 hours and 2 hours before. You decide which works best for your practice.
Monday is a public holiday. The call for a Tuesday appointment has to be made on Friday, four days ahead, and by Tuesday most patients have forgotten it. The SMS reminder goes out on Monday, 24 hours before, holiday or not.
