The cat is the final decision maker. We just worship her. She holds the title of CTO — Chief Tasting Officer. We follow instructions accordingly.

Why we built it

Missed appointments cost money, waste time, and frustrate everyone involved. The tools people were using to manage them, phone calls, handwritten notes, memory, were never built for the job. We built SMS Reminder because the people running these operations deserved something that just works.

What it does

SMS Reminder Suite isn't just an app that sends an SMS. It's a complete ecosystem that runs the day-to-day of your appointments from day one and asks nothing of you after setup:

  • Automatic SMS reminders before every appointment — one or two, in Greek or English.
  • Your Professional Calendar, organised automatically — three calendar views — the moment you create appointments.
  • Birthday wishes to your patients, whenever you choose.
  • Reminders to you, or someone else, of any task due in the future.
  • Your personal calendar too — block off personal hours and it stops you double-booking a patient when you're unavailable, if you want it to.

AI-Call Assistant

Optional, charged separately.

Your line answers every call with a real human voice. It books, changes and cancels appointments and takes messages, with no human intervention.

  • Appointments book themselves: the patient asks for an appointment, IRENE finds the free time, books it, and the patient gets a confirmation SMS. Nobody in your practice has to do anything.
  • With a secretary: the calls for appointments, changes and cancellations don't need them to step in. Their time goes to the patients in front of them.
  • Without a secretary: you see your patients without interruptions while your calendar fills itself. No calls to return unless the patient asks for one, nothing to write down.
  • Evenings, weekends, holidays: every call still gets an answer.

IRENE

IRENE is the system's smart assistant. She knows your working hours, your leave, your personal calendar and every appointment already booked.

  • When a patient calls for an appointment, IRENE finds the next free time in your calendar and books it, with nobody in between.
  • She works together with the AI-Call Assistant: it answers the call, she books the appointment.

Your data belongs to you and only you. We have no access to it, and we will never ask for your credentials. Ever.
