SMS Reminder Suite is not just an app that sends an SMS. It runs the day-to-day of your appointments from day one and asks nothing of you after setup. You enter the appointment once and the rest happens on its own:

• Automatic SMS reminders before every appointment, one or two, in Greek or English, so nobody forgets and no-shows drop. Phone call reminders are no longer needed.
• Your Professional Calendar, organised automatically in three views the moment you create appointments.
• IRENE, the system's smart assistant, finds the next free appointment for you.
• Birthday wishes, reminders to you or someone else of any task due in the future, and a personal calendar that blocks off the hours you are unavailable.

Depending on the type of account you have with us, Medical or Business, these optional additions are available:

• AI-Call Assistant (Medical and Business): your line answers every call with a real human voice. It books, changes and cancels appointments and takes messages, with no human intervention.
• Multi-Chair (Business): one calendar with multiple workstations. Every chair, room or team member has its own name, colour and working hours.

The monthly subscription is €25 per month. On top of that, you pay for the SMS you send at 2.5 cent each. A busy practitioner with roughly 14 appointments a day over 22 working days sends about 308 SMS a month, which adds about €7.5 to the monthly cost.

You pay for your subscription at the start of each period, but the SMS you send are charged at the end of the month together with the next subscription. If you decide to cancel, you will still want your reminders to keep going until your subscription ends. The deposit covers those final SMS. Once the subscription ends, any remaining balance is refunded to you. The difference between the Cyprus and Greek/UK deposits exists because telecom providers in those countries have almost double the cost of sending SMS.

Messages are sent from SMSREMINDER, so customers immediately know the message is from you.

Yes. Reminders can be sent in Greek or English, and you choose the language at the time you enter the appointment.

Yes. Customer data is stored securely and used only to send the reminders you schedule. We cannot access your data unless we have your username and password, something that WE WILL NEVER ASK.

Yes. You can explore a live demo account from the home page by pressing the demo button, to see exactly how it works before you sign up. The system works exactly as it does in reality, but without actually sending SMS. Note that Birthday Reminders, Personal Reminders and the Personal Calendar are not available in demo mode.
